About the Studio
Innovation in Glass Painting
St’Valent is a New York-based studio that specializes in creating intricate, one-of-a-kind glass pieces. Founded by glass painter Angel Wu, St’Valent Studio aims to merge historic painted glass techniques with modern technology to create durable yet delicate artworks. The studio has produced several bespoke installations, lamps, and paintings, but is currently focused on launching its first charm collection, Love & Luck, featuring a number of unique designs.
Our Painted Charms
From carving to painting, our studio handcrafts its unique talismans entirely in our NYC studio. As we deeply value artistry and quality in every piece, we design our jewelry with durability in mind, testing for wear and water-resistance. Every charm starts as a piece of natural clear quartz that is then melted and polished into clear pendants to be painted on. Once our artists decorate each miniature scene, the charms are fired again to ensure durability. Finally, they are attached to chains and suitable for everyday wear.
